The "Principal Quality Practice Document" from Alberta Education is used as the framework for Leading for Learning.  All sessions will be based on one or more of the Principal Quality Practice leadership dimensions and accompanying descriptors.

Participants will have an opportunity to learn through presentations and small-group activities, share ideas, meet new friends and establish networks. Each participant will be guided through a process of developing a Personal Professional Leadership Action Plan for the upcoming school year. Post secondary credit arrangements have been established.
