If you would like to add your profile image to the CASS 2012 Member Database, please fill in the form provided below,
then upload your picture using the "BROWSE" button located near the bottom of the form.
This will allow you to select the image on your computer, and upload it to our servers.
Once you have selected your image, fill in the Security code, and then click "Submit Directory Update".
Each submission MUST include a photo of yourself following these guidelines:

- Your Image should measure minimum 162 pix wide & 220 pix high.
- Image should be in clear resolution.
- Name your Image using your first & last name
- The following Characters CAN NOT be present in the Image Name   , . / < > ? ; ' : "_"
!!  If your Image contains ANY of these Characters, please rename it, as our upload script will not accept them !!

Large Images ( more than 500 Kb ) need to be re-sized before you can upload them.

 If you cannot re-size your own image, we can do it for you.
