Before you can create an Account, CASS requires a Passcode for authentication purposes.

Once you have received your Passcode, you can Click Here to create your CASS Member Account. Creating an Account will allow access to Protected pages on the CASS website.
All Account Registrations requests will be authorized and  validated by CASS.
