Making a Complaint of Professional Misconduct

Bylaw 23 of the CASS Member Handbook outlines the process
CASS follows when a complaint of 
Professional Misconduct by a CASS member is received.
 
Individuals may make a complaint of Professional Misconduct
by completing this FORM and submitting it to:
