CASS Registration for New Members

The first step of applying for a new membership is to complete the online form below for the
appropriate membership type.  CLICK HERE for Descriptions of the Membership Types.

Regulated Membership Application Form

Provisional Regulated Membership Application Form

Associate Membership Application Form

Affiliate Membership Application Form


The form, once completed online, will be automatically forwarded to the
CASS Executive Director for review and approval.
An invoice for the membership fee will then be issued to the new member.
Membership Fees for 2018/19 are:

Regulated - $1210.00 + GST
Provisional Regulated - $1210.00 + GST
Associate - $405.00 + GST
Affiliate - $405.00+ GST

Please Note:

If the new member is replacing a member who has left / retired in mid-year,
the membership may be transferred to the new person without cost.
The new member should complete the appropriate form but also notify
claudine.cortes@cass.ab.ca so an invoice will not be issued.

 

If the new member is assuming a new CASS position that has been created mid-year,
the membership registration fee will be pro-rated for the balance of the year.
Please notify claudine.cortes@cass.ab.ca so an invoice with an appropriate amount is issued.

Membership renewals are no longer completed online.  
For school jurisdictions one invoice will be issued for all the members from that jurisdiction.  
For individual members, an invoice will be issued directly to the  individual.
